For wallet recharges, users should verify the amount and payment details before completing a transaction. If an amount is deducted from your bank account or payment method but is not credited to your AstroRashi wallet, please contact us with the transaction reference and supporting payment details. After verification with the relevant payment provider, eligible amounts will be credited to the wallet or refunded to the original payment method, as appropriate. Duplicate payments and confirmed failed transactions will be reviewed for resolution.

Wallet balances that have already been used to purchase consultations or other services are generally not refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly permitted by AstroRashi. Any request to refund an unused wallet balance will be reviewed in accordance with the applicable wallet terms, payment-provider requirements, and legal obligations. Promotional credits, bonus amounts, discounts, and other complimentary benefits may be subject to separate conditions and may not be redeemable for cash.

Subscriptions may be cancelled according to the cancellation process and conditions displayed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable subscription terms or required by law, cancellation may prevent future renewals without automatically refunding the amount already paid for the current subscription period.
